Well, I was told that the Multiplex "they" want is to be built over a site where there was an early powerplant in town that was simply buried instead of cleaned up and is known to be leaching PCBs and other superfund elligble to be cleaned up junk. I think it is interesting if not COMPLETLY obvious that whoever expect to get it to be financed has been told to buildup the lot to the height of the gutters on the houses next door to avoid flooding and get it financed???? but those that moved their as recient as 15yrs ago were told that FEMA didnt consider them in a flood zone for insurance and sent the check back even !!! WELL AT LEAST THE AUTHORITIES COME PICK UP YOUR FLOOD DAMAGED POSSESIONS FOR FREE AND HAUL THEM TO THE MOB CONTROLLED LANDFILL ??? THANK YOU GOVERNMENT WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT YOU!!! "You go over there to Person High School and tell the students I said to keep the undying devotion of the South in their hearts," he said, jamming the butt of the flagpole against the cement ground. "Tell the black people of Roxboro about this flag. [It is] history! [It is] heritage! Not hate!" And I allways wondered why the area of that old plant wasn't overgrovn with thorns and brush, burs, etc.. http://ohioline.osu.edu/cd-fact/0201.html What happens to PCBs in the environment? The very characteristic of the PCBs that made them wonderful for use in manufacturing makes them problematic in the environment. PCBs are very persistent: they are generally unalterable by microorganisms or by chemical reaction (they do not readily degrade). The stable nature of PCBs also lends to accumulation in the fatty tissues of animals once the PCBs are released into the environment. These accumulations increase as the tissue from contaminated animals moves through the food web. Because of bioaccumulation, the concentration of PCBs found in fish tissues is expected to be considerably higher that the average concentration of PCBs in the water from which the fish were taken. Acute toxic effects in the environment include death of animals, birds, or fish, and death or low growth rate in plants. Chronic effects from PCBs may include shortened lifespan, reproductive problems, lower fertility, and changes in appearance or behavior. The primary concern of PCBs in surface water is the chronic effect of bioaccumulation.

Many won't remember the old plant, but,,,,,,,,,,,, I could contact several who do in a matter of minutes. The old plant WAS in the venicity that you describe. I remember some turmoil about expences of cleaning an area of an old service station, but I can't recall any discussions of clean-up of the old plant site. I do know that the old bicycle trail (not that cycleists had a govt. maintained official trail here) used to pass by the old uncovered plant. And to think that I used to see children playing in that area 17 years ago. Health troubles anyone?

With what I have read on this board over the last year or so, Selling goods for coinage at coinage value may be the best idea that I heard in years. Just don't forget your city occupational license or the boys in blue will give you a copy of a commercial paper lein allowing the judge discretion to deliver your profits to the state. I guess it would be a fair trade off to pay in paper (no real value) for a few little licenses that would allow you to accept coins (real value). Keep the coins, Spend the paper. Money clips for $0.75, Sorry Sir, I can't make change, Coins only please.

That old plant site used to be a good place to watch the deer graze. But all the vehicle vs deer accidents have surely taken care of any contaminated deer that hasn't been eaten. The more I think about the possibility of those PCBs leaching out, the madder and more sarcastic I get. I have a knack for becomming a real comedian when I get mad. Guess it's heriditary. My uncles would laugh their butts off while kicking others. Not that I am suggesting violence, but the deal with the old plant should be looked into VERRY CLOSELY. The powers that be would have us believe that they are immune from prosecution, "soverign immunity" I think is the label they use. In reality, Only 2 ELECTED officials possess (TRUE) "soverign immunity" and only by "Virtue Offici" A judge, judge/exec nor mayor is not amongst them. But if the afore named officers (and others) had their way, those 2 officials would be conned into believeing that it's the other way around.

Rails to Trails? Nope! Rails to highways in Morehead and Rowan in general. Rail-trails are innovative by nature. They introduce a new - yet familiar - element to the communities where they lie. They recycle the landscape that was once home to railcars and reinvent an old connection between neighboring areas. When they are well conceived and crafted, rail-trails can turn around economically depressed towns and transform an eyesore into the pride of the community. They accommodate diverse user groups in harmony, while serving environmental functions such as acting as buffer zones for pollution from roads and highways. At their best, they can do all these things and simultaneously advance transportation, recreation and appreciation for nature and history. http://www.kyrailtrail.org/ Mabee its time to start attending those Economic Development Center meetings and give a voice. Im sure that everyone whos anyone reads this board in horror. So here's the daily dose: Records dissappear, Have you visited your Hairdresser?

Rail trails have worked elsewhare but here it is seen as a government land grab as local folks lay claim as adjacent property, or supposed original property owners. The government at the time in most cases bought up the rail cooridor from those by eminent domain condemnation and either leased or sold the rail cooridor for the use of the railroad company until abandonded. SO, the government was the "owner" before it was abandoned not any of the adjecent/current property owners. Walter Blevins tried to propose the rail-trail thing back in the 80's but was shot down as more space was neede for trailer parks, the po'folk gotta live somwhrz so local "entities" dont have to pay a living wage like the hospitol schools, university et c. . . . Evar so often it is funny to see the haves gripe about getting rid of trailer houses cause it is unsightly or brings down their property value. Funny cause who ya gonna get to flip yur burgers, do your laundry, scrub your floors, and dirty hospitol et c. ILLEGAL ALIENS THAT GET FREE DENTAL HOUSING ET C??? The F**king red necks round chere that want to harrass bicycles on the road with deadly weapons (cars and pickups et c.) deserve to get shot in my opinion. If you want to harrass a cyclist that is usually going faster than a farmtractor or hvy equipment (12-15mph) and is a heck of alot easier to pass then watch out cause some who exercise their liberty to move about the common way using a private conveyance known as a bicycle also exercise their RIGHT to self preservation and to carry a FIREARM so be it so noticed dumb asses. bicycles have a GOD GIVE RIGHT TO THE ROAD. I have only been harrassed when I am ridign the white line and not even taking up the lane so Im thinkng might as well start occuping the entire lane. Especiall since the DYPASS funding included intermodial funds for bike lanes (PAINT AND SIGNS !!!) whaird that money go???

The early electric Power plant, I was told about predates WII back to the early railroad era say 1915 thru 1950? over 30yrs of pre-EPA chemicals associated with electricity production; I am thinking lead and mercury amoung other stuff besides PCBs from old transformer oils et c... Basically spilled over the years and abandonded when power started being wired in from elsewhere like Ashland Maysville area et c. (PCBs wernt stopped until 1979 so this is a small problem by comparison to others I think, unless you fish below the steamplant?

the real trick now is to make the peons think they have a say so in the process or that by showing up to some mettings it will embarrass the "officals" into doing the right things. Divert delay deny deny delay study send to committee and two years later when they have worn down or waited out the hold outs the agenda gets slipped by on a voice vote (plausable deniablity 5 to 4 against ) a quorum where the minutes get lost, or some other slight of hand bait and switch. Those with the puppet strings get what they want or they get new puppets, as Eustace Mullins book calls it "The World Order" ( i.e. not new) How anybody can take Romans chap.13 to mean "obey the policeman" is a example of out of context thinkin, seems to me...

For those into conspiracy theories: Older honest police folk who have been excused for one excuse or another kept noticeing certain candidates for county office gathering on 1st Street over a decade ago. Any resonable officer would notice such gatherings when on patrol. The following poem describes some speculation if not actual observences from those ex-patrolmen. { "It has to be done this way" echoed from buildings as pledges were made. A roster of candidates were read and were pledged as plans for stone structures were being portraied. Buildings torn down, ground diggen up, there must be some kind of treasure amongst. Economic Development may be a good guise for a Treasure Hunt done while in disquise. Im not talking about funds from state or fed, It belongs to the land of the free which is dead. With the right people stationed at all the right posts, the looting will be noticed only by ghosts. The town stood unchanged for years i cant count, now the grounds being sifted and shifted about. Confederate battles took place near this town, nobody knows why, except for a clown. Now take your old map and mark in the new, study it hard, you will see all the clues. I know the poetics are pitiful at best, but should I fail my job, may the next have success. Fore my times growing short and I can't garontee that 2007 will ring in with me. } This work was compiled by an untainted group of thinking folks. Spelling and internet packett errors (along with errors on my part) may occur which could take the content out of context. This should never the less give the readers something to think real hard about for a long time before the Election days of 2006. Jus a thot

A Big Hello to ^36.81; Petitions being displayed in public places seem to have a devistating effect as far as embarrassing the "officals" into doing the right things. So yes us peons do have a say. Take for an example the petition that DEMANDED to know why Triplett creek wasn't cleaned up. Now let's assume another was placed in the same locations DEMANDING the "officals" to do something about FLOODING. DEMANDING to know why the "officals" are willing to spend +80,000$ and not even seek permits to do enough work to prevent FLOODING. Us peons have a bit more say than what we are given credit. However some would like us to think that we can do nothing. No (_)SI factors in this message.

Electing Non-Puppet People is one solution, at least at the Local County/Municipal Level. A few non-puppets in the correct offices (we already have a couple or so, but not that they are in the position to do what i'm about to suggest) could effectively cut the strings of any puppets who may get into office.

Take for example the many referances to the clerks stamp above, "STATE OF KENTUCKY" Not "commonwealth". The strings tieing us to the puppet-master could be broken verry easily. I guess the puppet-masters could launch a full scale invasion upon Morehead / Rowan Co., but would they want the publicity?

Well you know wee have tooo many state universities wee jus might have to shut down one and EKU is too well connected so ya'll still got whakey tobacky and cattle and mushrooms and wall-mart as industry . . . B.T.W. I aggree the wee people(now peons) are somewhat conditioned to cop out with the rationalisation "You cant fight city hall", my postings here are (besides venting) a lazy attempt at avoiding "consent by aquiesence" that is: by our silence we accept (it), which is I think how the powers that bee tend to have their operatives operate under. The "government" has for quite some time, at least since the conversion of "civil defense" to "contiuity of government" and most reciently "homeland Secutity; the "government" viewed as an entity has become much more interested in self-presevation rather than serving to preserve the wee people's natural rights to life liberty and property (persuit of happiness); Those locally seem want to preserve their status by helping the higher ups preserve their status and the town gets torn down? Seems like it tis to be expected as persuing happiness to some is having some power and control over others or maybe they really believe that this little town needs a convention center, I was supprised years back to see that big "coal money" hotel ("carrage house" I think) spring up in Paintsvull, course I think it's been banqrupted perhaps for tax purposes, that could be when the university gets the "convention center" it in a few years?

No reasonable expectation of privacy on the internet may be true but years ago alot of us ranters could be set on the county or state line and told not to come back in the "old days"; so in some ways things are more free even with loss of privacy; however at least in this State/STATE/Commonwealth the bannishment statuetes are still in force so stay out of the FEMA camps!

The Judge/exec is the supreme county legislator. His office supplys and commissions certain deputys. Among those deputy's can range from court bailiff to dog warden. We Do Have a BILL OF RIGHTS. The job of court bailiff is to provide security services to the court. In my humble opinion, a part of that duty is to insure that the BILL OF RIGHTS is NOT violated. A deputy takes an oath to uphold the constitution of the commonwealth as well as the United States. Both include a BILL OF RIGHTS and among those rights is the right that ANY LAW CONTRARY TO THE BILL OF RIGHTS IS VOID. A judge is not above the supreme law of the land. So, the bailiff should be impartial {special oath of sheriff} and provide security to everyone in the court room and not to the judge exclusively. Now should the judge find a person guilty of an unconstitutional law, would it not be the duty of the bailiff to arrest the judge? When the United States was formed, it was formed on a principle that THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE CONTROLED BY THE GOVORNED, and Not the reverse. The people of the county govern the county's power. The counties govern the states power. The states power. The states govern the power of the nation. It's NOT the other way around. County, State and Federal Government are the employee of the People, Who by the way Are The BOSS. When you go to work you take orders from your boss. When government is working properly, It takes orders from the people. Im not a lawyer so this isn't intended to be legal advice. Do the research and see for yourself. It couldn't take more than a year or so to do enough research to be able to intrepurtate three little historic doccuments. If road money is taken, we cancill a franchise with a utility and install our own. Lower the rates and use profits to fund road mantainence. There is a simple solution to most any problem encountered. Common sense is needed to run a county. Book sense is needed for the secretary and other employees who actually do the paper and book work. Im not sure if this answers any questions of state vs commonwealth, but im sure it is likely to spark ones imagenation.

I could'nt help but notice a repetition in a message above "...counties govern the states power. The states power." I found in the 10th US Amendmendment that "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data/constitution/amendment10/01.html and in the KY Constitution Sec. 26. "To guard against transgression of the high powers which we have delegated, We Declare that every thing in this Bill of Rights is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate; and all laws contrary thereto, or contrary to this Constitution, shall be void." The repetition of the words "states power" brings to mind all of the things that may be legal in one state but not in another. The thing I can't understand the reasoning behind your thot that a Deputy Sheriff could arrest a Judge. I see your point where it might be his duty, but how do you arrest a Judge in (or even out of) open court? What jail is going to hold him? What judge would preside over his trial? What court would you initially cite him into? I dont think police school teaches that sort of thing. Good luck hireing deputys if they face "Neglect of Duty" charges.

I believe that if a judge-executive gave such orders to a deputy, he would at least instruct the deputy how to accomplish the task and then back him up by throwing weight towards the jailer.

Are you considering true north or magnetic north?? I rotated the county map -3degrees and it fits rather nicely inside the center of the Canadian Lodge copywrited logo... http://freemasonry.bcy.ca/art/s_and_c_schenck.html but as you'll see if you visit the site thar iz many variation on that square and compass thing and even the degrees that it is open is not symbolic... http://freemasonry.bcy.ca/art/s_c_art/index.html On the Oath thing the Oaths were required to be backed up by a property bond of say $$500 in real money or real estate hense a "C"itizen of of the land (or free man upon the soil) of the land and the proof of the oath (or affirmation) and the bond is/was supposed to be filed with the state's state department? otherwise the law considered that office vacant; so when are the special elections to fill the vacant offices??? true christians however cannot sware an oath as anything more that letting your yes be yes comes of evil . . . Jesse James once stayed in a small cabin in Morehead, so the old folk say. The cabin was later torn down, the ground dug up, and a Hardees *now La'Finkas* put upon it's ground. Here's an interesting bit from the dust jacket: " As a boy growing up in rural Arkansas, Bob Brewer often heard from his uncle and his great-uncle about a particular tree in the woods, the "Bible Tree," filled with strange carvings. Years later he would learn that this tree was carved with symbols associated with the Knights of the Golden Circle, a Civil War era secret society that had buried gold coins and other treasure in various remote locations across the South and Southwest in hopes of someday funding a second War Between the States. These secret caches were guarded by sentinels, men whose responsibility it was to watch and protect these sites...In Shadow of the Sentinel, Bob Brewer and investigative journalist Warren Getler tell the fascinating story of the Knights of the Golden Circle and the hidden caches the KGC established across the country. Brewer reveals how, with agonizing effort, he eventually deciphered the fiendishly complicated KGC codes and ciphers, which drew heavily on images associated with Freemasonry... Using his knowledge of KGC symbolism to crack coded maps, Brewer has located several KGC caches and has recovered gold coins, guns, and other treasure from some of them..Getler and Brewer suggest that the clandestine network of KGC operatives was far wider than previously thought, and that it included Jesse James, the former Confederate guerrilla whose stage and bank robberies helped to fill KGC treasure chests." http://www.lost-dutchman.com/dutchman/related.html Fact, Fiction or Folklore, the little graphic and the map do resemble one another. The poem that appears above makes me think of all the heavy construction and exivation takeing place over the last 15 years or so. Seems like lot's more is happening now. If the poem is true, could this be the result of a desperate last move before the higher up's are too old to enjoy a share of the stolen gold? It all sounds too fictional to me, but something keeps pokeing my curiousity. A couple of newspaper storys colud be what keeps bothering me. I like to read the Morehead Memories. One story told of the Bluestone and Freestone Mines. The stone block industry was one of Rowan Co's bigger industries in the 1890's when the Rail Road was still in it's early years http://www.kentuckystewarts.com/RowanCounty/RowanCountyHistory.htm Another story told of confderate battles takeing place. If my memory is working right, I think it took place near the old bluestone bridge. The only thing that I could find on the web is referances to a battle on tripplet creek bridge.

I don't think they have special elections anymore. At least not during odd number years. I haint seen one of those since J. Barker ran for Circuit Clerk. Vacant offices are / should be filled by an appointee of the Judge-executive and a vacancy of his office IS filled by appointee of the Govorner. That is until a Special Election takes place. But like I said before, I don't think Rowan Holds Special Elections. We see a few vacant offices on the ballot of the General Election in even number years. On the arrest thing, A Kentucky Citizen may arrest in the case of an Actual FELONY Only. That is unless they are the special ones who have money, a big family, and carry that card & star. Even a few of those get sued tho. Remember McCarty who had the appliance parts shop. McCarty had the Deputy Sheriff card, badge and a blue light on his dash. He stopped a teenager for running at high speeds on a one lane road in a heavily populated neighborhood full of small children. Even tho McCarty had evidently been appointed to serve as a Deputy Sheriff, He wasn't a paid officer and had not filed bond. Being a paid officer OR haveing a bond on file seems to be an issue. The District Judge informed McCarty that if he is not a Paid officer And(or?) has not filed Bond, He was NOT a Deputy Sheriff. The Judge then ordered McCarty to surrender his badge and card to the court. Now that is to the best of my memory but it's been around 14 or 15 years ago. I don't think that any monetary damages (money) was awarded in the suit, but like I said, this took place a long time ago and my memory may not serve me correctly. If McCarty had made a FELONY stop on the other hand, Things may have turned out a little diffrent. I would suppose that under the 2 constitutions, every officer has to be limited in power to some extent. An officer granted a verry broad allmost unregulated authority still may be limited to not preforming the verry minor basic duties that officers with less authority may preform. Of course this just an opinion, don't take my word for it. I can't give legal advice so Im not. Of course I assume that you still have the liberty of researching these simple pointers.

What I am talking about is on the scale of the Montana FREEMAN having a paper ballot special election after having put out public notice that all offices are vacant as none have filed constitional real money bonds and no one has anything but warrent deeds to property so as to be a land owning "C" itizen. any cadidate would have to file in the miscellanious book a declairation of "canellation of all Foriegn Instruments" to cancel any implied unconscionable contractual nexis with the fictional government and file a notice of natural born freeman on the land of the County with the fictional Secretary of State and the Department of State for the "Commonwealth" once there is no disputation of said declairations the cadidates could be voted on for the vacant offices by the good ole paper ballot box counted in public infront of witnesses like it is supposed to be not some electronic blips that can add subtract or multiply themselves with no paper trail? Something along these lines might just result in an invasion of some sort by the alpabet soupers just like it did in Montana ... yes or no?

This may sound a little discoraging at first, but I really am trying to help clean things up here. This should not be taken as legal advice or representation, This is only for referance purposes. You are by all means encouraged to research this information rather than take it at face value. The Montanna Freeman plan may work in Montanna, but after looking over the "books", I doubt that it could work here. Looks like Ky Constitution Sct. 103 says "The Judges of County Courts (meaning Judge-executive), Clerks, Sheriffs, Surveyors, Coroners, Jailers, Constables, and such other officers as the General Assembly may, from time to time, require, shall before they enter upon the duties of their respective offices, and as often thereafter as may be deemed proper, give such bond and security as may be prescribed by law." and Ky Constitution Sct. 224 says "The General Assembly shall provide by a general law what officers shall execute bond for the faithful discharge of their duties, and fix the liability therein." So it looks like the type and amount of bond to be accepted isn't clearly defined under the Constitunal Law that creates the County Officers. Looks like the (type of) sureties (and amount) of the bond is to be approved by the Fiscal Court in the case of the following officers: Judge-executive (KRS 67.720), Sheriff (KRS 70.020), Constable (KRS 70.310), Jailer (KRS 71.010), and Coroner (KRS 72.010). If the Fiscal Court fails to set an amount and approve sureties for the bond of the Judge Executive, the duty may be preformed by the Circuit Judge (KRS 67.720) According to KRS 62.055 "Every county clerk, before entering on the duties of his office, shall execute bond to the Commonwealth, with corporate surety authorized and qualified to become surety on bonds in this state..." More information at http://lrc.state.ky.us/ or at http://www.lrc.state.ky.us/ So, to answer the poll, I would say Yes, the acronyms would invade. On the other hand, If you want to change the administration of county government VOTE to change county government. The best plan would be to take the laws that are already in place and use them to clean things up. It sounds like a good idea to elect a Judge-executive who can commission Deputy Sheriffs as described above. Catch officials doing wrong and have them arrested. Like I said , This IS NOT Legal Advice. I just don't want to see somebody file some kind of paper and end up in Eastern State hospital for the mentally ill, in Jail or in Prison. Your Knowledge is Power and I have pointed you to an official state server where you can gain knowledge.

I know it's a little hard to do, but if you really want change, you must seek change with the laws that you have to work with. When you step over the line, you will be made an example of. Use the laws you have to implement the changes that you are seeking before those laws are gone. I believe the Constitution and The Decliration of Independence is the Supreme Law. I also believe those verry doccuments that I support and would like preserve, also protect the rights and libertys of those who want to change them. That is why we pay attention at election time. Let's excuse all the conspiracy theories for a while and examine a simple fact. If a majority wants something and then don't go vote for the proper people to represent them, and the minority all shows up at the polls and votes, then the minority of the get the represenatives they want and have a Loud Voice. That is how it works. I know it can be hard to decide who you want to vote for. Many politicians are salesmen. Professional salesman who sell you a smile, a pat on the back and a hand shake in return for your vote. A new best friend full of promises and praises for you. Take a closer look. Dont buy into a "character", vote for an everyday average person, vote for somebody that will represent YOU. Vote for somebody who's going to be YOUR voice. In the words of the Forest Gump chractor, "That's all I have to say about that."

Unified Court System falling apart? Looks like the old system of justice could be making a comeback. http://www.guardian.co.uk/uslatest/story/0,1282,-4730090,00.html http://www.delawareonline.com/newsjournal/local/2005/01/13mandatorysenten.html http://www.siouxcityjournal.com/articles/2005/01/13/news/local/a176a6669cc9e37586256f88001965fb.txt One of the few certainties of Wednesday's U.S. Supreme Court ruling on federal sentencing guidelines is that it created a lot of uncertainty. Attorneys and judges will spend the coming weeks reviewing the court's opinion that declared federal judges no longer must follow federal sentencing guidelines and should only use them as an advisory tool. "I agree with the Supreme Court holding them unconstitutional," said Chief U.S. District Court Judge Mark W. Bennett of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Iowa. "I think they'll be what the name implies, guidelines and not mandatory." Attorneys were reviewing the lengthy ruling and said it would take some time to see what effect the ruling will have. "At this point we're in the process of digesting what this means. We're still going to be urging the court to impose sentences that are appropriate for the circumstances," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Janet Petersen, Sioux City branch office chief. The ruling leaves many questions unanswered, said Priscilla Forsyth, a Sioux City attorney and member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers board of directors. "It gives the court discretions, but it isn't very specific," Forsyth said. "We don't know really how it's going to play out. I think it'll be a lot more fair than what we had in the past." With sentences at the judge's discretion, defense attorneys may find it harder to advise clients on whether to accept plea agreements because prison sentences won't be as easy to predict, Forsyth said. That fact will make sentencing harder, Bennett said, as everyone tries to understand the ruling's effect. "In the long term, it will be easier because judges have more discretion," Bennett said. Personally, Bennett said he won't be affected much by the decision. He's been using discretionary sentencing since June, when the Supreme Court struck down a similar sentencing system in Washington state. Petersen said the U.S. Attorney's Office expects defendants now in prison to appeal their sentences. "There's going to be litigation, no doubt," she said.

Proposed Funding Cuts Outrage Madison Leaders. The Pentagon is planning to spend far less than advocates want on disposal of chemical weapons at Army depots in Kentucky and Colorado and Senator Mitch McConnell says that concerns him. That's a cut for the Richmond facility, which received 105 million dollars this year. McConnell said the Department of Defense has an obligation to the citizens of Kentucky to dispose of chemical agents at the Blue Grass Army Depot in a safe and expeditious manner. He pledged to continue devoting his energy to ensuring that it lives up to that obligation. The Senate Majority Whip said the president's budget request is the first step in a long process. http://www.wkyt.com/Global/story.asp?S=2802757

A tense day in Carter County. The bomb squad was called in after a man found a suspicious device in his truck. State Police say the device appeared to be a pipe bomb. The state bomb squad was called in from Frankfort. Police shutdown a stretch of Highway 1496 that runs in front of the home. State police say the device was rendered safe. No one was hurt. As of 7pm Tuesday, the road was still closed while police made a search of the area to make sure no more devices were found. Police don't know who left the device in the truck, an investigation is underway. http://www.wkyt.com/Global/story.asp?S=2797032 A Carter County road reopened Tuesday night after being closed most of the day -- while police investigated a bomb scare. Early Tuesday morning, a man living along state route 1496, near Grayson Lake, found what appeared to be a pipe bomb in the cab of his pickup truck. He called police, and hazardous device experts responded -- and confirmed the man had reason to be concerned. Police say they found 'something' -- they're not saying exactly what -- but it was rendered safe. State police say no one was injured. They haven't said if they have any leads on who might have planted the item. http://www.wkyt.com/Global/story.asp?S=2797674

Well, you can go to some government web page and stare at some electronic blips all day long; They aint gonna come out admit that they are operating in absense of the "dejure" government the Laws you speak of are prima facia and yes they have that card to shut you away as a nut if you get out of their tree. Short of some massive non-violent revolution I dont see anything but more of the same political management games and hiring those you have some dirt on to control. You cannot even find the last two constitutions these laws are supposed to be based on the archives admits that in the mid 1990's Citizen's guide to the Kentucky Constitution under a small section slipped in titled "the mystery of the missing constitution" the only thing we have to go on is a typed copy from 1892 so even on something like consealed carry that was outside the scope of the legislature to alter, you have to consider the original provisions. BTW Kentucky published the original 13th amendment as ratified in 1822 what happened to that; I have seen 2 original volumns(rebound) in a certain collection that shows it. I dont know if as some claim, it really would disenfranchise all bar association lawyers but if there wern't some major implication for the post -War of Federal Aggretion reconstruction defacto fiction; then it would still be there huh? "Laws are meant for men of ordinary understanding and should not be intrepreted in terms of metaphysics to mean everything and nothing at the same time" ; the luminated T. Jefferson

In theory, It would appear to one that a judge saying "dont bring up the constitution in MY court" could be a Felony of the Highest. Now should the bailiff refuse to arrest on such a Felony being commited in his presence, the duty would fall upon all the people inside the court room to preform the "citizens arrest" upon not only the judge but the bailiff as well. Once again... This is NOT legal advice council or representation. KRS 431.005 (5) "A private person may make an arrest when a felony has been committed in fact and he has probable cause to believe that the person being arrested has committed it." Soooooooo, Would the bailiff not be an accessory / accompliss to the Felony and be subject to arrest for the same? The other charges like "Neglect of Public Duty" Would have to be made by a peace officer or by a warrant. I am stressing the point again that I AM NOT ATTEMPTING TO, NOR AM I INGAGEING IN THE PRACTICE OF LAW. This is NOT legal advice council or representation. This is only a theory that may or may not remedy specific ailements which appear to be occuring within the system of justice. You the reader are responsible for doing the research in order to affirm or dismiss that this theory could in fact be a reality. The use or application of this information is at your own risk. Be prepaired to type it in manually, but here is the address http://64.233.167.104/search?q=cache:CiKdcjYpuiYJ:arc.cs.odu.edu:8080/dp9/getrecord/oai_dc/2061779815/oai:kdl.kyvl.org:00000000497+virginia+constable&hl=en My guess would be that you would have to compare the Virginia law in that book to the current Kentucky law and compile one of your own. A copy should be available in the "hidden Archives" at MSU's Law Library or one should be located among the many books at a court house. A letter to the LRC should reveal if a copy is on file there also. Now I have to go and find out what a constable is.

What is a constable, Constables are peace officers with broad powers of arrest and authority to serve court processes. They may execute warrants, summonses, subpoenas, attachments, notices, rules and orders of the court in all criminal, penal and civil cases (KRS 70.350). The Kentucky Constitution, Section 106, states that, "Constables shall possess the same qualifications as sheriffs and their jurisdiction shall be co-extensive with the counties in which they reside." The Kentucky attorney general has opined that "a constable may exercise jurisdiction in any part of the county, and that a city council cannot ban or limit the service of the constable within the city limits" (OAG 62-115 and 40-776). In all counties except Jefferson County, constables are compensated from the fees they collect. Under KRS 64.190, constables may collect the following fees for the following services: Making arrest for violations involving a motor vehicle on the public highways: $.50; Taking up a vagrant: $.50; Killing a mad dog: $1; Killing and burying a distempered horse, ass or mule: $3; Killing and burying any other cattle, per head: $2.; Altering a stud, jackass or bull: $1.00. Constables, along with other peace officers, may also receive fees from the state treasury, under KRS 64.060, for providing the following services: Apprehending a person on charge of felony, or a fugitive from justice charged with a felony in this state: $10; Executing a process of contempt in a criminal case when the court excuses the contempt: $1.60; Executing a summons upon a witness on behalf of the Commonwealth in a felony case: $3; Summoning a jury, on order of a court, in a county other than that in which the action is pending, a reasonale allowance to be fixed by the court: $2.50; and Summoning and attending a jury in a case of a felony: $2.50. Constables receive mileage and expenses for taking or assisting in taking adult prisoners to the penitentiary or another jail (KRS 64.070)." http://www.theherald-news.com/archives/062204/story1.htm Given the above description, duties, and compensation of "Constable" why does one run for this office? Prior to Bunch being elected constable, when the fire department was dispatched on a medical run evolving from a domestic dispute, or similar situation warranting an arrest, the fire department would have to wait for personnel of the County Sheriff's Office to arrive on the scene. Now, Bunch, with the authority to arrest, can make the transition from EMT First Responder to constable instantaneously which allows the EMT's and fire department personnel to act promptly. "In emergency situations, seconds count," Bunch states. "Time, it's hard to say how much time I spend (as constable). If they need me, they call me or if it's something serious I go ahead and go. I go wherever they need me. I don't have to actually be dispatched and I can go anywhere in the county not just in my district. There's times we may be out all night and all day, but I enjoy it. I've always enjoyed it. I don't serve papers. Rondal's office takes care of that. "The only compensation I receive from the county is my car. I asked fiscal court to take the car and in return, the county pays the taxes, buys the license and pays the insurance. If I every want the car back, I have to present them a letter and if they decide to return the car, I have to pay the taxes for the past four years of my term, but not the insurance. The county also provides a radio. My mobile unit is mine, but they provided me with a hand held unit, they provide one but not both. "It's not a paid position and I had to buy my own weapon, uniforms, lights, light bar, speakers, even my own gas. Everything together probably cost around $1,000 to get properly equipped, not counting the gas. Rondal and Richard Shirley did get me a bullet proof vest. It's aggravating, but if I think I'm going to need it, I put it on. "The only setbacks is that there's no funding, not even for gas. But the satisfaction I get from helping people overrides the expense. It's all a dangerous job, firefighting, constable, traveling at a high rate of speed and not knowing what you're going to get to when you get to a scene whether it's a house or out in the woods. "I don't like seeing people at a car wreck being torn all to pieces and I hate to see a little kid out there hurt. It's like when they're sick, they can't tell you what's wrong. I've seen things I wish I hadn't seen but you deal with it because it's part of your job and just go on. Bunch adds a very valuable service to the community and is respected by all those who know him personally and professionally. "Wayne's very helpful. He backs up the Sheriff's Department and works well with the deputies. He's very efficient and never oversteps his authority. He uses common sense and serves Metcalfe County well. People in his (Bunch's) district can be very pleased with their elected Constable and so can the county," stated Metcalfe County Sheriff Rondal Shirley. "He's doing a fine job. Every time I've needed assistance, he's been there no matter what time of day or night. He's a valuable asset to the county and especially the Metcalfe County Sheriff's Department in the fight on drugs. Wayne's involved in a lot of the drug work and searches that we do," says Deputy Kevin Thompson. Publisher of The Herald-News, Craig Duncan states, "Wayne is a wonderful person. We see him everywhere we go. It's not a paperwork position. He's out there in the community, involved, doing whatever it takes to complete the task at hand." In view of last week's Herald-News article detailing the duties of a constable and with no compensation except the insurance and taxes on the vehicle Constable Wayne Bunch uses, will he run for this office again? "Running again? Probably will run again, I'd say I probably will. I see it's a hassle sometimes and you're out money and you give up your weekends and everything, but I held a girl one night that was really bad (injured in an auto accident). But when she got better, her dad brought her back to me and thanked me. That made it worth it all," says Bunch. http://www.theherald-news.com/archives/062904/story4.htm

all the comments about "this is not legal advice" are about as useful as signs that say "not responsible for accidents"; If you are in danger of ramifications for posting your opinion on this weird blog then we are far werse off than most can deny. Radio stations and other media I have heard are spoofing all the disclaimers and mubojumbo mumbling find print on all the adverts to the point the public in gerneral I think gets no real benifit from these fine print paragraphs read so fast or so small on the TV screen you cant read them even if you digitally freeze the picture and enlarge it. Perhaps this is by design as to further get the bigpharma .mil industrial complex off the hook besides all the immunity from lawsuits add ons tacked on at the last minute on certain bills including the patriot act. Somewhair, I read the words "lets use there own tricks agaist them folks". The only ethical? way that I could possibly contemplate would be to tead the word "tricks" to mean laws. Seeing as we are liveing under an alledged set of fictional laws among those are rules, executive orders, and public policy; The only tangable evidence we could use to justify our actions in "cleaning up" are the written laws that are still favorable to us. Now should we be under the laws of VA as well as KY, we have three other officers who could help the lawfull house cleaning. Those officers, in addition to Sheriff and their Deputys (bailiffs), are Justices of the Peace (magistrates), Special Constables (appointed by magistrates under old VA law) and Elected Constables. But how many magistrates take their "Oath" serious enough to help? I do see a constable patroling every now and then, but how many do we have? and would/could they help us wee people?

32.6: I do understand your position to "swearing" an oath, but the word "affirm" can be used in it's place. With all the ideals you have, and with all your wisdom of history, perhapps you should seek the office of Magistrate (aka Justice of the Peace).

Do we, or have we ever had a county constitution? If nobody knows, perhapps we did when the county was founded but later burned along with the first court house. Maybe a county constutition comfirming the power of the Declairation of Independance and the Bill of Rights along with the original 13th Amendment would be in order. Yes or No?

Citizens Arrest? Well not exactly, but; A school bus driver in Eastern Kentucky used her bus to chase down a suspected drunk driver. Sharon rose is a driver for Flat Gap Elementary School in Johnson County. She was returning home, between runs, when a man drove his car into her barn. When the driver took off, Rose took off after him while still behind the wheel of the bus. Rose chased the driver until he finally ended up in an area he could not get out of, and then used the school bus to trap the man until police could arrive. Police charged Caleb Tackett with DUI, possession of a controlled substance and driving with expired tags and an expired registration. http://www.wkyt.com/Global/story.asp?S=2812940

Are the Robed Ones Reading? Judge Rules In Senate Dispute http://www.wkyt.com/Global/story.asp?S=2812905 Republican Dana Seum Stephenson may not take any official action as a state senator or be paid because she was not a qualified resident of Kentucky before the election, a judge ruled Friday. Franklin County Circuit Judge William Graham stopped short of removing Stephenson, but the effect may be the same. Graham prohibited Stephenson from "sitting as a state senator, from performing any official duties of the office as state senator, from receiving or accepting any pay for the office of state senator and from participating in the affairs of the General Assembly..." The order bars Stephenson from participating in committee meetings, hearings or votes. Senate President David Williams, R-Burkesville, said he expects to appeal the ruling and seek an immediate review by the Supreme Court. Stephenson received more votes than Democrat Virginia Woodward, according to unofficial returns from the 37th District in Jefferson County. Woodward, however, went to court just before the election and won a judicial ruling that Stephenson did not meet the six-year residency requirement in the Kentucky Constitution. Graham's order said that decision, which was not appealed by Stephenson, became the controlling issue and left the case within the jurisdiction of the courts. Woodward was certified by the State Board of Elections as the only candidate receiving votes and took an oath of office but once the Republican-controlled Senate convened it voted to seat Stephenson, who took the oath of office immediately.

Well you know your opinion is yours and I would certainly not allow myself to be proclaimed wise nor do I have knowlege of history even my own memory is sometimes questionable, I rely on plausable documentation and my own filters of suspicion and distortion but the ritual of office creates a synonym for oath in affirm and besides I might want to challenge someone to a duel over whether or not HE rose from the dead? How's about we undo all the other planks of the communist manifesto that are in place in this country and just have those elected post a serious property bond the oath to me should just be a statement of intent for service to the people of "****". Signed with witneses not necessarily "sworn before me" as a notory. One of the most simple commandments for followers of the New Testament teachings is the oath thing but this society commands the oath in near about everything, any thing more than letting your yes be yes ... comes of evil?

I think this senate situation seems pretty stupid and make repubs just look bad (I am way closer to being repub ( constition party leaning ) than demo-rat(tool of socialists ) That one guy switched to independant so they wont have a supermajority now anyway GET A DANG BUD-JET PASSED!!! The "government" of kentucky has some small off-the-budget surplusses compaired to NY and CA et c. It may not seem like much but tell that to those that have to pay higher tution et c. while UK and others sit on hundreds of millions as Todd puts it the "Savings accounts" and tell it to those who pay-as-you-go jacked up prices for medical stuff while UK owns 80%+ of CHA health and most of the rest is owned by the ARH hospitals that set the price of services for insurance rate pay out;( read percieved discount from the inflated cash price for private individuals) Dosent this p*ss anybody off enuff to pickett or graffitti some bridges & stuff ? And thats just the proverbial tip o the iceberg of creative generally accepted accounting practices under the last 50yrs of CAFR -2nd set of books for every level of government and quasi government "services"(corporations). The spreading of this knowledge is perhaps a factor in the budget impass. Maybe they do expect the torch and pitchfork tricorned-hat crowd soon and are getting the controlled opposition "leaders"/operatives in place to lead/manage the "revolt" as more hillbillies figger out googling for dirt on the coorupt system commonly refered to as government . . .

In order to incrementally take apart the revolutionary successionist independant minded phenomonon described as 'american' the rugged individualist mindset has been replaced with interdependance socialist ideals of the new paradyme - 3rd way crowd. I haint racist but I aint ignorant either; we could allow in 50-100-150 million or more illegals from mexico and elsewhere per year and the rest of the globe's demographics will not change only ours will. The lowest of the low wages jobs will only go down, and thus the worth of labor, skilled or not will get dragged down and is worth-less; We are being conditoned to accept or be accustomed to encounter hispanics and asians arabs et c. In our daily life so as to not notice when the USA becomes just another market in the FreeTradeZoneoftheAmericas FTAA; Orwell's Oceaniania? or The goal of the Trilaterialists? either way the globalony egghead socialists engineering and manipulations have been long term and they are puppets of the higher-ups from the dozen or so mega-wealth families protecting their turf and interests by weakening and elimination of any ideas such as got away from their contol in the natural God Granted Rights crowd. Can you imagine where they would be if it wasnt for those amoung us that are resisting the globalony paradyme and attempting to expsos it? many perspectives of our coinhabitants of this realm are not understood because of a lack of effort to comprehend other world views that allow conclusions which at first glance seem implausable . . . http://www.parentcompany.com/jesus_christ_creator/jcc-3.htm What we believe concerning man's origin will influence our feelings and actions today and will ultimately influence our belief about the destiny of man. If evolution is true, man is simply the result of his evolutionary ancestry and does not have a fallen nature; instead, his actions are merely the result of his animal ancestry. Freud says we must do what we can to get rid of the beast in man. But if man never fell, if he is simply the carry-over from his animal ancestry, then there really is no need for man to have any system of morals, for he is not a moral being. He is simply the highest animal in the animal kingdom. This philosophy is the basis for some of the problems we have in the world today. Receptionist: Yes, it's one pound for a five-minute argument, but only eight pounds for a course of ten. Man: Well, I think it's probably best of I start with the one and see how it goes from there. OK? Receptionist: Fine. I'll see who's free at the moment -- Mr. Dubakey's free, but he's a little bit concilliatory -- Yes, try Mr. Barnard -- Room 12. Man: Thank you. (((edited for length))) [Knocks on the door.] Mr Barnard: Come in. Man: Is this the right room for an argument? Mr Barnard: I've told you once. Man: No you haven't. Mr Barnard: Yes I have. Man: When? Mr Barnard: Just now! Man: No you didn't. Mr Barnard: Yes I did! Man: Didn't. Mr Barnard: I'm sorry, is this a five minute argument, or the full half-hour? Man: Oh, just a five minute one. Mr Barnard: Fine. Thank you. Anyway I did. Man: You most certainly did not. Mr Barnard: Now, let's get one thing quite clear -- I most definitely told you! Man: You did not. Mr Barnard: Yes I did. Man: You did not. Mr Barnard: Yes I did!! Man: Look this isn't an argument. Mr Barnard: Yes it is. Man: No it isn't, it's just contradiction. Mr Barnard: No it isn't. Man: Yes it is. Mr Barnard: It is not. Man: It is. You just contradicted me. Mr Barnard: No I didn't. Man: Ooh, you did! Mr Barnard: No, no, no, no, no. Man: You did, just then. Mr Barnard: No, nonsense! Man: Oh, look this is futile. Mr Barnard: No it isn't. Man: I came here for a good argument. Mr Barnard: No you didn't, you came here for an argument. Man: Well, an argument's not the same as contradiction. Mr Barnard: It can be. Man: No it can't. An argument is a connected series of statements intended to establish a definite proposition. Mr Barnard: No it isn't. Man: Yes it is. It isn't just contradiction. Mr Barnard: Look, if I argue with you, I must take up a contrary position. Man: But it isn't just saying "No it isn't". Mr Barnard: Yes it is. Man: No it isn't, an argument is an intellectual process -- contradiction is just the automatic gainsaying of anything the other person says. Mr Barnard: No it isn't. Man: Yes it is. Mr Barnard: Not at all. Man: Now look! Mr Barnard: Thank you, good morning. Man: What? Mr Barnard: That's it. Good morning. Man: But I was just getting interested. Mr Barnard: Sorry the five minutes is up. Man: That was never five minutes just now! Mr Barnard: I'm afraid it was. Man: No it wasn't. Mr Barnard: I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to argue any more. Man: What!? Mr Barnard: If you want me to go on arguing, you'll have to pay for another five minutes. Man: But that was never five minutes just now -- oh come on! This is ridiculous. Mr Barnard: I'm very sorry, but I told you I'm not allowed to argue unless you've paid. Man: Oh. All right. [Pays.] There you are. Mr Barnard: Thank you. Man: Well? Mr Barnard: Well what? Man: That was never five minutes just now. Mr Barnard: I told you I'm not allowed to argue unless you've paid. Man: I've just paid. Mr Barnard: No you didn't. Man: I did! I did! I did! Mr Barnard: No you didn't. Man: Look I don't want to argue about that. Mr Barnard: Well I'm very sorry but you didn't pay. Man: Aha! Well if I didn't pay, why are you arguing -- got you! Mr Barnard: No you haven't. Man: Yes I have -- if you're arguing I must have paid. Mr Barnard: Not necessarily. I could be arguing in my spare time. Man: I've had enough of this. Mr Barnard: No you haven't. (man leaves and slams door sees anthor room labled "Complaints" and goes in ) Man: Look I want to make a complant Other man behind desk exclaims: "oh you want to complain, well, (starts complaining something like) my back aches, this room is cold ... (Customer Man leaves frustrated opens another door only to be hit on the head with a mallet) Man: "ohhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" Mallet Man: no, no, it's wahhhh! hits cutomer man with mallet again: Man: "waaahhhhhhh!!!" Mallet Man: thats better try again Man (with hand raised to stop mallet) " look I want to make a complaint" Mallet Man: well, you have the wrong room; its being hit on the head lesssons in here . . . ( moral??? sometimes it is better to just cut your losses and run while you have the chance; but where to?)

^ uh a guy here; I thought it was funny but not funny at the same time so no it is not very good but Johnny Carson also was able to inform with humor no? this AIPAC stuff is starting to sound like a MAD magazine "Spy Vs. SPY" comic strip . . . http://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,12271,1396996,00.html Providing further evidence of the centralisation of power around Donald Rumsfeld, the Strategic Support Branch was created to give the defence secretary the "full spectrum of humint [human intelligence] operations," according to Pentagon documents quoted by the paper. This is a repeat of the Office of Special Projects, also in the Pentagon, form which flowed the now discredited claims about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. It is an effort that goes back not to the 1960s and the hippies and the peace movement, but back to World War I. If we compare the basic tenets of Political Correctness with classical Marxism the parallels are very obvious. First of all, both are totalitarian ideologies. The totalitarian nature of Political Correctness is revealed nowhere more clearly than on college campuses, many of which at this point are small ivy covered North Koreas, where the student or faculty member who dares to cross any of the lines set up by the gender feminist or the homosexual-rights activists, or the local black or Hispanic group, or any of the other sainted "victims" groups that PC revolves around, quickly find themselves in judicial trouble. (pc fallout is causing folks to get arrested for protesting gay pride for instance or just preaching from the bible, sounds totalitarian to me; whair you gonna move to is my question "my people come out of her"? to where? New Zealand? ) http://www.act.org.nz/action/campaigns/pcfreenz/origins-of-pc.html http://www.whistlestopper.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-24432 et c... et c...

Dont Parents talk with their children??? WASHINGTON (AP) _ About a third of the nation's high school students say the First Amendment of the Constitution goes too far in granting Americans freedom of expression. According to a new study of 100-thousand high school students, half of them think newspaper stories should be subjected to government approval, and most incorrectly believed that flag-burning is illegal. The study was sponsored by the James L. Knight Foundation. The group's president, Hodding Carter, says he thinks the results are "not only disturbing; they are dangerous." http://www.volunteertv.com/Global/story.asp?S=2878993 WASHINGTON - The way many high school students see it, government censorship of newspapers may not be a bad thing, and flag burning is hardly protected free speech. It turns out the First Amendment is a second-rate issue to many of those nearing their own adult independence, according to a study of high school attitudes released Monday. http://www.grandforks.com/mld/grandforks/news/nation/10779264.htm THE REMEDY: Better teaching of the Constitution and the rights that it protects, which the study suggests will be embraced by students once they know of them http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/news/breaking_news/10779249.htm?1c When asked whether people should be allowed to express unpopular views, 97 percent of teachers and 99 percent of school principals said yes. Only 83 percent of students did. The results reflected indifference, with almost three in four students saying they took the First Amendment for granted or didn't know how they felt about it. It was also clear that many students do not understand what is protected by the bedrock of the Bill of Rights. http://www.sierratimes.com/rss/newswire.php?article=/ap/20050131/ap_on_re_us/students_first_amendment&time=1107187737&feed=us

If you really worry about the NWO finding yur stash of equity (or ammo et c.); I have heryd that a couple of layers of clear glass marbles with say 2 inches of dirt between the layers will diffuse the satellite/hellacopter based ground penetrating radar so as to hide a clear image of objects buried; Also try to save the top layer of soil seperately to place back on top and rake to blend so the radar can't see disturbed soil as easily cover with duff from the area. Hiding in junk piles is getting harder since many are being cleaned up due to zoning and nusance suits et c. Also using hunter's scent mask/nutraliser when doing the work will help to shorten the time it takes for your stash to become invisable to search dogs. Juz some tips for those with enuff surpluss to stash away for those hopefully unessisary guerella ops...

I have talked to a man who's hands are tied but the knots that bind him are slipping. This corruption, conspiracy, what-have-you, as has been discussed so many times on this page (described as a "click") appears not limited at the local level. Honest police officers who notice bizzare coincedences seem to get dismissed from the force or at least get their hands tied in one way or another. Some officials get set-up after not takeing the suttle hint to "Hush". One such man is doing everything in his power to un-tie the knots that are currently binding his hands. Start watching the newspapers that cover the Morehead area. Within a month or so (could be before), reports will begin to surface (If'n youn's have any good journalists). Also, I found a working link to a verry old book containing the Laws of KY and VA after reading a post above (You may have to type it in but here goes: http://kdl.kyvl.org/cgi/t/text/pageviewer-idx?c=kyetexts;cc=kyetexts;xc=1;sid=5d4819f461f5568635636a021d7c3724;q1=constable;cite1=Constable%20s%20Guide;cite1restrict=title;rgn=full%20text;view=image;seq=1;idno=b92-158-29919255 ) it was published in 1813 and Im suprised to find that most of this old work has been embraced and preserved by legislation for over 100 years. Most notable changes would be replacement of words "Justice of the Peace" or "Magistrate" with "District Judge" and "Circuit Judge" Should replace "Judge of the County Court". After speaking to some police people, I have learned that that old old book seems to be the basic fundemendals of Police Training. I will close with two good questions that I am not able to answer and hope that somebody can make me more aware: (1)Why would a person who resides in North Carolina write the Morehead News (paper) to defend a Judge/executive in Kentucky? (2)How does the situation with Laurel Creek effect North Carolina residents?

Interesting that I went to the KY Secretary of State website http://www.sos.state.ky.us/ , scrolled down to the "On-Line Business Database" link, and found the same corporation listed to the same parent corp. Next I scrolled down the SOS home page and clicked the "Kentucky Cities Database" and was suprized to learn that we have a county police chief. Well I sure didn't know that we have a county police force. Maybe it's a tipe-ooh or maybe it's a Secret Police Agency for the CLICK that is being described in many posts here. But I hesitate to think that Mr. Chriswell would have any part of those doings. It's still interesting that the Secretary of State shows Mr. Waltz as the City Police Chief and Mr. Chriswell as the County Police Chief. I also noticed at least three unfilled offices, can we spell "Official Misconduct In The Second Degree"? I'm sure that Mr. Thomas has, seeing that he is an ex KSP trooper and all. Maybe he likes the prefix "ex" in in job titles ex-trooper, judge/ex-ecutive. Slip this info to your friend that is trying to un-tie notts. If he has a grain of old fashon hillbilly sence, he can turn this bit of info into a sword and sever the ropes tieing his hands.

so are corporate names essentially the same as webpage names; i.e. the first one to plunk down the mulah gets the name? So if there is no Cave Run Resivor incorporated I could own the name? (and do business as Cave Run Resivor) just doing anything not having to be related to the lake? Yea that sounds reasonable; wonder who appointed the court that gabled down that ruling?

One thing that I noticed about "Morehead KY Inc." is that the KY is capitolised and not all the Morehead is; on the North Carolina (inc.?.) webpage but on the Kentucky S.O.S.(Inc.?) webpage the name is in all caps? In supposed patriot mythology after the "civil war" in the 1870s or so the "UNITED STATES" was incorporated in the business district of London where even the Queen must decrown and bow to the graven goddess of lady justice supposedly; James Caan<sp> played in the original "Rollerball" that I saw was on a top 10 list of favorite movie of "lawyers" in a magazine years ago; then I found it along with "Solent Green" in a bargan bin and after watching I figgerduh out why; part of the plot line was that all the governments had been replaced or swallowed up by corporation and the world was run by a directoret of the 5 major corps; like : transport, food, entertainment, energy, et c. hmmm patriot mythology hhmmmmm; Maybe the Montana Freemen were on to a solution; are they still xraying that older fellow's chest to get him to release the leins???

oh yeah start looking at your personal documents like the ol SS card Driver License and even letters from various Alphabet soup agents like the IRS et c. the name (not your name is it ) is in ALL CAPS hmmmmmm Sometime back in the 1990s SS cards started including a middle appellation instead of the middle initial You could say it was to make sure that John Quihotie Public didnt get mixed up with John Quincy Public; but given all the talk of banqtupted SS "trust fund" does anybody wunder if it was a reoganisation with all new three name assets?

Wonder if Thomas worked under Campbell in his K.S.P. days? Here is some old news: http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/RANCHO/POLITICS/MENA/wormscan.htm 860324, Morgan Co, KY, multiple reports. Marion "Butch" Campbell, Kentucky State Police Commissioner, is arrested for extorting a one million dollar bribe from a cocaine smuggler (also an FBI agent). This was for airport landing rights in Morgan Co, KY. Several other officials were arrested for assorted corruption: former Morgan County, Kentucky, Judge-Executive Gene Allen; Allen's son Steve; Morgan County, Kentucky, Sheriff Roger Benton; Coal Baron Titus Frederick; former Kentucky District Judge James H Noble; former State Senator and former State Trooper Lester Burns, Jr; and physician, Dr Bill Davis. ref: "Operation Leviticus" of the FBI. They weren't even looking for drug trafficking! The FBI thought they were looking at coal money!! ~ 861018, KY, The Courier-Journal, pB1. Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell & Kentucky State Trooper Gerald Griggs were arrested for cocaine trafficking. ~ 861022, London, KY, multiple newscasts. Gene Allen (Morgan County Kentucky Judge-Executive) & Gerald Griggs (State Police Trooper) are convicted of "murder for hire". Marion Campbell (Kentucky State Police Commissioner) testified that they were part of a counter-investigation so secret that no written records were ever kept of their findings, but this was not convincing to the jury. ~ 861113, London, KY, Lexington Herald-Leader, Nov 13, 86, pA1, A16. "Corruption probe: Half of cases resolved" by Assistant US Attorney James E Arehart. Gene Allen, 3 time Judge-Executive of Morgan County, Kentucky, was convicted of conspiracy to murder. Gerald Griggs, Kentucky State Police Trooper, was convicted in the same murder for hire scheme. Both were represented by Kevin Charters of Lexington, KY. William Titus Frederick, coal operator and businessman, of West Liberty, KY, pleaded guilty to manufacturing marijuana. Benny Neely, London, KY, pleaded guilty to transporting stolen heavy equipment across state lines. Norman B Williams III, of Detroit, MI, pleaded guilty to transporting a stolen car across state lines. Dr Billy Davis, Urgent Care Center of Burnside, KY, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud two insurance companies of $1.1 million for a phony traffic accident. Lester H Burns, Jr, former Kentucky State Senator[, former Kentucky State Trooper] & attorney, Somerset, KY, pleaded guilty to insurance fraud and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to transport stolen money ($1.9 million stolen from the Dr R J Acker robbery & murder) across state lines. James H Noble, former Kentucky District Judge, convicted of obstruction of justice and yet to be tried in the insurance fraud conspiracy. Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell, Kentucky State Police Commissioner, to be tried on Jan 5, 87, for extortion for allegedly taking money for protecting drug-trafficking activities. Roger Benton, Morgan County, Kentucky, Sheriff, accused of conspiracy of drug-trafficking. ~ 861212, London, KY, KET, WLEX. Gene Allen, Judge-Executive of Morgan County, Kentucky is sentenced to 5 years for conspiracy to murder. Gerald Griggs, Kentucky State Police, had his sentencing delayed. Titus Frederick, coal baron, was let off in return for testifying against Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell, Kentucky State Police Commissioner, in his trial for conspiracy to distribute illegal drugs. ~ 870112, Lexington, KY, KET\WLEX. Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell, Kentucky State Police Commissioner, and Roger Benton, Morgan County, Kentucky, Sheriff, are on trial. Houston McNeal, two years a undercover FBI agent, testified that he had made payments of $5000 a month to Campbell, Benton, and Titus Frederick for landing rights at the West Liberty, KY, airport. (It is unclear if this was each or total.) ~ 870113, Lexington, KY, WBKY (Lexington, KY). In the Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell, Kentucky State Police Commissioner trial, Campbell is represented by William Johnson. The Trial apparently started 9 Jan 87. Houston McNeal, two years an undercover FBI agent from Virginia, testified that he had made installment payments to Roger Benton, Morgan County Kentucky Sheriff; Gene Allen, Morgan County Kentucky Judge-Executive; and Marion Campbell, Kentucky State Police Commissioner, for assistance in drug trafficking. McNeal said that he met Campbell on a dark backroad, where Campbell thanked him for the money. A tape recording of Campbell taking payoffs from McNeal was played. ~ 870114, Lexington, KY, WBKY, KET, WLKY(?). In the Kentucky State Police Commissioner Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell trial, Titus Frederick, coal baron and marijuana manufacturer testified that in a meeting at Frederick's house in 1984, three-time Morgan County Kentucky Judge-Executive Gene Allen and Marion Campbell had asked him for contacts in the marijuana and cocaine business. Lester Burns, Jr, former Kentucky State Senator, former Kentucky State Police Trooper, former attorney (now disbarred) bankrolled the operation, and Marion Campbell was in charge of security at the Morgan County airport. Their business grossed about 3/4 of a million dollars a week in cocaine. Houston McNeal, undercover Virginia FBI investigator, testified that Campbell said that he was receiving payments from undercover agents. It is unclear whether Campbell thought that they were FBI agents or drug dealers. Or both. ~ 870115, Lexington, KY, WEKU, KET\WLEX In the Kentucky State Police Commissioner Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell trial, Steve Allen, son of the Morgan County Judge-Executive, testified that he saw a $90,000 cocaine sale in November 85 at the house of his father, Morgan County, Kentucky, Judge-Executive Gene Allen. In this transaction, Gene Allen was paid his share plus a share to pass along to Marion Campbell. Gene Allen, Morgan County, Kentucky, Judge-Executive and convicted murder conspirator, testified that he has known Marion Campbell for 25 years and Morgan County Sheriff Roger Benton all of his life. He met several times in late 1983 with Marion Campbell, Titus Frederick, and Lester Burns, Jr to import cocaine from Okalachee, FL. Campbell was said to want the money for his retirement fund. Titus Frederick testified that Gene Allen and Marion Campbell had pushed him to find a cocaine connection. ~ 870116, Lexington, KY, KET\WLKY, 10:07PM. In the Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell trial, Gene Allen, former Morgan County, Kentucky Judge-Executive who has been convicted of conspiracy to murder, was cross examined. He has changed his story because he got religion in jail. In his trial in September 86 he claimed that he and Campbell were running their own investigation of drug corruption, without telling anyone else and keeping no records of what they had discovered. He passed money to Campbell once by laying an envelope full of money on the dash of Campbell's truck, and once on the truck seat, but never actually in Campbell's hand. ~ 870123, Lexington, KY, WBKY. In the Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell trial, Jack Evans, Kentucky State Police, testified that he had talked with Campbell thrice about the trial, and got the idea (but was never told openly) that Campbell wanted him to perjure. ~ 870126, Lexington, KY, KET\WTVQ. In the Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell & Sheriff Roger Benton trial, Louie di Falais, US Attorney & apparently part of the "Operation Leviticus" investigation, testified that in two years of investigation of Marion Campbell, Campbell gave no indications of ever conducting his own investigation. The Chief of Police of West Liberty, the Morgan County Seat, said that he knew nothing of the two years of drug traffic thru the West Liberty airport. Roger Benton, Sheriff of Morgan County, Kentucky, has a previous conviction for bootlegging. ~ 870127, Lexington, KY, WBKY. In the Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch Campbell & Morgan County Kentucky Sheriff Roger Benton trial, Roger Benton testified that he went along with the drug trafficking in hopes to make some arrests and stop the drug operations. ~ 870204, Lexington, KY, KET\WKYT. Morgan County Kentucky Sheriff Roger Benton says that he will appeal his conviction on drug trafficking charges on grounds that his trial should have had nothing to do with the trial of Marion "Butch" Campbell. He obviously thinks that Campbell will be found guilty. This came after one verdict was reached but not announced. ~ 870206, Lexington, KY, WLAP. Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell, Kentucky State Police Commissioner, is acquitted on four counts of extortion and given a mistrial on one count of conspiracy to traffic in marijuana and cocaine. ~ 870206, KY, Comment on Kentucky, KET. Three reasons are given for Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell's acquittal on charges of extortion and drug trafficking. 1) Gene Allen, Morgan County Judge-Executive changed his story from his trial where he was convicted of conspiracy to murder. Formerly, he had said under oath that Campbell was conducting his own investigation. The new story is that they were indeed trafficking in cocaine. 2) Allen said that on four occasions that he gave payoff money to Campbell, but never directly. Allen was the only solid witness against Campbell on this, but he is a self-confessed perjurer. 3) In a taped meeting with an FBI informant, Campbell thanked him for "information". The prosecution said that this was code word for protection money; the defense said that this was just normal information. The FBI never actually got Campbell on tape accepting payoff money. The jury was leaning towards acquittal on the drug trafficking conspiracy charges, with at least two holdouts. Prosecutor Arehart wants a retrial. I'm sure that none of the jurors would have been in the least bit concerned about their personal safety after finding the State Police Commissioner guilty of drug trafficking! ~ 870200, KY. There are various news reports of a retrial for Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell on charges of trafficking in cocaine and marijuana, but no date was given. ~ 870313, Lexington, KY, Various radio reports. Kentucky State Police Commissioner, Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell is scheduled for retrial on 11 May 87 for conspiracy to traffic in cocaine and marijuana. But 11 May 87 will come and go with absolutely no mention on any newscast that a Butch Campbell had ever existed. Morgan County Kentucky Sheriff Roger Benton is denied a retrial on his conviction for extortion and conspiracy to distribute cocaine. ~ 870511, KY. This is the supposed retrial date of Kentucky State Police Commissioner (now retired) Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell on charges of conspiracy to traffic in cocaine and marijuana. There was absolutely no mention of this unevent on several Kentucky radio newscasts. See 870313. ~ 880205, Cincinnati, OH, KET. Kentucky State Police Commissioner Marion "Butch" Campbell is appealing in Federal Court the government plans for a retrial on drug trafficking conspiracy charges. Morgan County Kentucky Sheriff Benton, convicted on conspiracy to murder witnesses to drug trafficking, is still not in prison. ~ 890830, KY, KNN. Captain Marion "Butch" Campbell wins! On a final appeal, Judge Carl Forrester rules that evidence is inadmissible for a retrial. Kentucky State Police Commissioner makes a good front for cocaine smuggling. ~ NOT TRYING TO STEP ON ANYBODYS TOES HERE. NOT TRYING TO INVOLVE ANYONE. JUST REPEATING THE REPORTS OF ALLEDGED CORRUPTION THAT LEADS SOME TO BELIEVE THAT A CLICK (CLIQUE) COULD BE A PART OF A LARGER NETWORK OF CORRUPTION. old news? ^uh cant get the link to work and the search function on whatreallyhappened.com aint working either I tried search terms mena morgan kentucky and others so maybe go to google Sally Denton? wrote a book called "THE BLUEGRASS CONSPIRACY" that talks some about the likes of Dan Lassiter and others you mentioned; This aint ancient history as many of the troopers hired back in 1984? to post 9 as a big PR move from the local area are still on the force and you can bet the "outfit" or syndicate is still in operation with perhaps different faces as its a college town; "someone's gonna sell the stuff might as well be able to regulate it and make a piece" (syndicate rationalization); I did hear about a certain method in use a few years ago involving a garage light/ &open garage door as the signal that "they" were open for buisness/ and had "merchandise" available. I do think that some people can control themselves as the bible says "all things are lawful for me but not all things are expediant(helpfull) and I will be a slave to no thing" (like coke pot booze exercise food whatever; moderation in all things legalise pot and hemp to throw a wrench in the works!!! It is no more a gateway than cigaretts beer and maybe even sugar can be abused?

http://www.thelawparty.com/FranklinCoverup/franklin.htm These folks involved in this syndicate either dont care or are involved in the kinda stuff depicted in "THE FRANKLIN COVERUP" by John DeCamp; snuff films and child abuse rings linked to Boheimian Grove et c. I used to hear spooky rumors of weird "satanists"(pagans) going out clack mountain for their rituals; perhaps there is some truth to it as family ties and traditions for some go back to the old country pagan druid ideas and it may sound like a Steven King novel but bothe the Bush and the Kennedy klans have sacraficed first born sons to the beast havent they? Do we have any men left 'round chere are are yall "CHICKEN BY GEORGE" ( as in the open link between govern Brown's wife and Don Tyson said to be another snuff film fanatic?) http://www.thelawparty.com/FranklinCoverup/franklin.htm

**FLASHBACK** Article in the cellers speculates that Morehead is attempting to make a move North-West. TODAY: MOREHEAD NEWS FEB-18-2005 edition, Page 1: "PROPOSIAL OFFERS FOR MOREHEAD CHAMBER TO MOVE TO KY-801". I wish predictions wasn't this close. It scares me sometimes to think a person can forsee years into the future. Looks like that old Mullins building could be converted into Sunday Wet-Land now (time will tell if this prediction comes to be). You guys are good! Please tell more of what's in store for us.

On the hemp-weed matter; Hemp would serve many use-full purposes. Clothing, Rope, Bird-feed, possible BIO-Fuels et c. Sounds like a good idea and all to legalize for Small-Industry-Purposes but the complications of law enforcement offifials distingushing the harmless hemp plant from the THC bearing Bud-Tree would be of many. For an example, I can see the cost of "State Lab" work going waaaaaay Over Budget. Of course thair are those who argue that the Bud-Tree is less harmfull than the Bud-Brew, and the likes of Gatewood argues that it's less harmfull than cigarettes as he tokes a big one to treat his asthama. I could agree that signs lead to the drug (Marijuana) could be slightly less toxic and addictive than Alcohol and that BOTH ARE DRUGS. With Alcohol one may experiance both psychological and physical withdrawl (addiction). Marijuana withdrawl (addiction) is termed psychological, but the type of psychological withdrawl (addiction) is not the same as that of alcohol, It's Worse. The addiction/withdrawl (psychological addiction) symptoms are more than a craveing. The more accostom a persom becomes to a THC induced feeling of "well-being" the harder it is for the user to quit without the aid of prescription drugs (Remember Im talking Long-Term User here) to induce the feeling of "well-being". Sooooooooo, I could presume (after knowing these facts) that both Alcohol and Marijuana could BOTH become a "Stepping-Stone-Drug". I see BOTH SIDES of the issue and have come up with a rational solution. Outlaw Alcoholic Beverages, Distilled Spirits for consuption and Wine OR Legalize Marijuana AND Hemp. Both are Alcohol and Mary-Jane ARE DRUGS and as of the present time, both long term (Liver Damage, Death) and short term effects (DUI-Deaths, Alcohol Poisioning) of Alcohol seem to outweigh those (limited studies) effects of THC (Marijuana). The only drugs that I abuse are caffine, tobacco and sugar. Yes you heard me right Sugar. Im a real junk-food-junkie sort of person. To me, Nothings more satisfying than reading the paper while eating a snack cake and sipping coffee. Man-O-Man , The thought makes me crave a Marlboro.

On the Addictive qualities of THC it effects/affects the body's ability to regulate endorphines & adreline depending on who you believe and it takes awhile to return to normal after long term regular use so it is not just "psycological" but might be psycochemically addictive that said: Not every body is addicted to nicotine that smokes not everybody is addicted to food that eats; AND If you cannot tell the male tall spindly hemp from a female shorter bushy dope plant you do not deserve to be in Law inforcment !!! Pluss dont be dis-eved by that argument. THEY KNOW THE DIFFERENCE they dont want to put out the truth about canibus so as to limit the genneral public's knowledge of it but you certainly can do your own Research; Of the few dope plants I have seen near harvest ready they dont have to be much taller than 7feet to be worth big bucks like $50 per sprig or branch and a 7ft plant has probably 35-50 sprigs or flowering branches so do the math BLACK MARKET it is worth up to $2500 street value for high strength (isolated/not pollinated) weed; Given all the research on its nutrional value eating seems to make more sense than smoking but the black market makes that too expensive so BECAUSE it is illegal it is MORE of a health problem than if it wasnt; ALL THIS IS TANGENT TO THE FACT THAT "THEY" WANT to TAX it AND IF YOU GROW IT AT HOME THEY ARE OUT OF THE MONEY LOOP !!!

I predict part of the new exit plan/get rid of rest areas is to shift the traffic away from 137 not just for congestion reasons but to develop norther Rowan co. and shopping realestate around the 32E 60E intersection eventually getting rid of the Tobbacco Warehouses or is that TOO OBVIOUS; Hou bout another big fire? that'll help.

^ 67.140.179.254 in reference to the above posting question: The question I have is not is this is an on-going thing but what did these guys do or not do to get exposed? Did they refuse to do the dasterdly deeds to go higher up in the "syndicate" or were they encroaching on some bigger guy's turf? Could it be that they were just made an example of? Folks are supposedly still getting their supplys; under supply and demand somebody's always gonna be willing to supply the only real variable is the price; right? If by "old J.C." you mean "Jesus"/( Yeshua ) that battle has been fought and the winner determined the looser is lost and the old covenant, the solomans temple et c. will no longer function; Whatever you think you can conjure will remain silent; that heaven and earth has passed away; the sun no longer shines on it and the sky rolled up like a scroll on that eon age or world the stars will not give any light on that even if it is rebuilt ; John 4:22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. 23: BUT the hour cometh and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. whether the local yokels know it or not the long term goals of reinventing government include consolodaton and kentucky is seen as having too many counties; so part of the process in the realm of possibilities(not a prognostication) is that the area around 801/I64 would be closer to a geograpic center of a consoladated "gateway" county combined from parts of Bath Fleming Rowan Menifee in a radius of say 20-25miles instead of 10-15,

You could be onto something here. But why wait until now to name a "Gateway" county? This would explain all the interlocal NPC's. Would this be a good or bad thing? Something tells me that opinions will differ. Looks to me as if the voice of the people, our Magistrates, have been sold on the idea that it's all about bringing industry and jobs to this county. If this is a long term plan to create a "Gateway-Community" County, then why not tell the people straight out? Any plan to change government, hidden from the public, and I will give my opinion now, Is by nature, Bad.

the ideas for such as "Reinventing Governance" and NGOs NPC et c. as well as a new paradyme of regionalism comes out of very suspicious directions like the various foundations that when you dig deep enuff like Kentucky Atty Kent Masterson Brown did a few years ago you might discover that the floppy discs are blank in D.C. that supposely contain the contributors founders and members lists and their common influence lines exerted on various institutions and agencies from the UN to "public broadcasting"; The Rockerfeller Foundation; Pew Charitable Trust, et c. ad nausium; Then you establish some evidence for a larger globalony- socialist- communist- 4th International plan to distribute and develop the werlds wealth along the Tri-lateral lines except for the Wizards of OZ at the top; the AMERO the Free tradezone of the Americas; and on and on; it trickles in from several directions; these ideas for "Reinventing GOVERNANCE" (not government) the phrases psycological operations and "Social Engineering" also comes to mind; Its a foundation funded egg head consensis not a conspiracy and the documents are out there just look . . .

ohio and elsewhere is an example of perhaps what is planned under different names our county is similar to a township and its trustees and a consolodated "county" say called "Cave Run County" or some other name would further dimish the magistrates (and constables) relavance in favor of some sort of township/district commissioners; Its supposedly about cost reductions but sounds suspicously like a reorganisation under perpetual banqruptsee perhaps transferring leins around and further shell games and accounting devices for funneling the cronies pork funds to insure (re)election prospects are plausable enuff that the average "subject" aint suspecting election rigging; the Regionalism trends also suggest an increasing irrevelance for the state/commonwealth lines as well; being merged into a sort of FEMA distric 9 region with approved "population centers" to protect the biospheres of no human occupation; these are long term plans and lingo of the golobalist-socio-facist not to sound like McCarthy but read the 10planks whats left to do?

After reading the "Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto" that I think was being rfn'd ^ , I must admit that it is a convinceing work. Also, Im suprised to find the same work all over the web. One thot overwhelmed me, "Social-Studies" classes. Whats to do? I guess that You and I are branded extremists. And if that be the case, Those who brand Us extremists are either ignor-ant or communist. I would propose that some kind of mass education be undertaken, but history will show that (at least) Jefferson tried and (at least, somewhat) failed. In todays time, we would run the risk of being considered a "cult" or other security risk and at the verry least be considered a "nutcase". I will however take the step of linking the file http://www.restoringamerica.org/documents/10planks.html and encourage people to google for 10planks. On the other hand, I don't think fileing certificates in a county misl book is going to help anything tho. I will remain content that electing officials who will demand the soverign power of the county (and say "to heck with the state/fed check-book") would at least be a good start and may encourage other counties to follow suit. Would that not throw a monkey-wrench in the retirement of all those who clicked? Looks to me as if they would be forced to leave the county before they could draw the state funds. Maybe we should even get up a petition and vote to lower the salary of those +$60grand/yr officials. Lets face it, if everyone would get togeather and work as a team, it could be "Our way or the Highway!". There ARE groups all over the state working verry hard to restore the constitution via bills aimed at repealing un-constitutional amendments and un-constitutional laws. The laboring effort would be to get these groups to work as a team. This team could send 2 reps from each group to the house each time it's in sesson and solicit the same agenda. The other members could bombard reps with the same issues when house is not in session. With all of these "registered voters" requesting the same action, the reps would have to pay attention.

^^great piece of damage control by the government If there is/was nothing to the Freeman liens then why did THEY try to insist the "Judge" release them? (if he dies with out releasing them under international commercial convention they stand for 99years and a day) Why did THEY push thru statuets to try to stop clerks from recording them? They havent (or cant) out-law filing of declarations of grievences against the currently alledged "Soveriegn" and publishing the reference in a paper of record stating that without response the "government" is in default for not answering et c. unless THEY want to hide or get rid of the "miscellanous book" alltogether? ...Their are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt of in your philosophy . . .

I for one am tired of seeing what happens to the best efforts of those triing to gingerly let the air out of the balloning government; eventually you would think it would pop or streeeech too thin: sort of like the romans or the 3rd riek over-extending; There are all sorts of mechanisms for manageing and handling activists such as passing resolutions so you can go back to your contributors and say "we did something" send more money? Dont be fooled?-The THEY agenda marched forward; The original Republic is still supressed, repressed, suplanted et c. The constituion is now a mere statuet (genneral or specific) Judicial notice does not apply in their venue and you only have annotated "rights"; where's the remedy in that? the fix is institutionalised; cooruption creep still crawls; the efforts you speak of will continue and thats good but THEY will continue to infiltrate, diffuse, dilute, dimish and divide the effects; we got to have the faith to move the mountain not go around or try tunneling thru? Thinking outside the box is extremist or not "normal" anyway; since the box is what is portrayed as normal; Lewis Ewing has done alot of homewerk rcwcodebuster@yahoo.com at busting rocks off the mountain;

The weird thing is that those law books and dictionarys that were used during the writeing of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are being called "antique" and "out of date". Given the dates of the writeings of those two fundemental laws, I think they would be "Relevant and Current" in any argument or intreputation of the Constitution or Declaration of Independence. The whole handbook managed to distroy it's own credibility. I see two men argueing the same point with different methods, however both working towards the same goal. Why not merge your efforts and combine your methods? I can see an election as a vital part of a group effort. Look here http://www.posse-comitatus.org/ . I believe that we "still" live in a country where the majority rules. As long as the majority rules, you can "move the mountain" useing it's own mass as leverage. Most people in your townships can't remember a good election and end up pushing the same old button for the same old names that have appeared on the ballot for over the last 25 years. Which one of you guys have actually stopped paying taxes, driveing with a license, et c? Or is this all just a game of "Keep blowing hot air until some poor sucker tries it first"?

Me A provocateur? I could ask the same of anyone on this board. Matter of fact, I Did, couple of messages up when i spoke of "blowing hot air". I was looking for a reaction that would spell out "agent". I only pointed to the posse-comitatus link after reading ^176.151's link to the anti-govt_handbook (or should we call it the Corporation's Handbook) to demonstrate the viewpoint that the "Robed-Ones" and other officials may see us from. Then I ensued the feeling being "profiled" upon everyone here. Not to stop good efforts at restoreing things to the way they were intended to be, but only to give a hint as to what myself and others like me have been up aganist. Right is written in Black and White and if you study long enough you may find that the Road Worker with that flashing yellow light is blocking a roadway unlawfully unless he has a red and blue light in addition to that yellow light "KRS 189.960(2)". A really dumbfounded statue that has been on the books for a great many years now.

" This Note Is Legal Tender For All Debts Public And Private And Is Redeemable In Lawful Money At The United States Treasury Or At Any Federal Reserve Bank". About the state vs commonwealth subject. It looks like the 3 territorys that declaired themselves to be a "Commonwealth" did so to distingush that the territory was retaining the rights of soverignity when joining the union. Kentucky was later formed from Kentucky County Virginia, thus Kentucky inheirated the status of "Commonwealth" and in an effort to preserve the soverign status, declaired itself the "Commonwealth of Kentucky" rather than falling into the catagory of a "state" being "property of another". The state and the commonwealth seem to stand togather "hand in hand" (refer to the state seal) sporting a motto "United we stand, Divided we fall". So Kentucky is for all practical purposes a state, but it is a commonwealth at the same time. Look at your state seal http://www.uky.edu/KentuckyCulture/kentucky-seal.html The state and the commonwealth are depicted as hand in hand (or in embracement, as shown on the original) with the motto "United we stand, Divided we fall". res ipsa loquitor (the thing speaks for itself).

It's not difficult to imagine that a state and a commonwealth can co-exist within the same territory. It sounds quite resonable that the represenatives of a newly formed state would insure that all rights would be reserved to the future generations of it's inhabitants. More evidence of this is found in the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky 233: General laws of Virginia in force in this state until repealed.

Majority does not rule in this country !!! the founders were pretty specific about not setting up a democrassy where the majority could squash the minority's natural rights There is pleanty in the state constitution alone that is being ignored such as the concepts of corporations being creatures of privaledge allowed only for the benifit of the people; cease to benifit poof the charter should get dissolved; then there is the sections that are mentioned up a few posts about concepts that are outside the power of the legislatur to change concerning the natural rights of us breathing persons (freeman upon the soil) of kentucky (Citizen/citizen or not) The wee people need to use these stones to hit the giant in the pineal gland and bring it down to proper limits (or even kill it like david did golaith) Another author claiming success in certain [re-] venues http://www.ottoskinner.com/index.html

You are not looking at the original constitutions to arrive at these ideas about the seal and commonwealth; look for the statements and ask why there were changes and why the miscellanous book clerk calls the place "State of Kentucky"; In the 1850 constitution the most important changes include the way the Commonwealth does business: "All process and mandates" shall be in the name of the "Commonwealth of Kentucky" and not the prevous "State of Kentucky" one unlawful change was the modification of the consealed carry concept; all this is a bit tangent to the fact that the archives admitted there is no known copy of the signed original 1850 or 1892 constitiutions and there were in the past copies of a treatese on this on the "Take back Kentucky" webpages that supposedly drew the tacit approval responce from the patton assistant atty general "we are aware of the problem" in effect admitting the license was a scam and no license is required to carry consealed ; I have an official "Citizens Guide" to the Kentucky Constitiution that points out the mystery of the missing constitution in a short paragraph or two like it is no big thing; the latest revision in pdf: http://lrc.ky.gov/lrcpubs/IB59.pdf ( cover looks similar but mine has a different title )

I meant to mention that the motto "United we stand, Divided we fall" has all the trappings of post war of northern aggretion propaganda just like the pledge of allegence was written after reconstruction by a socialist extremist of the ilk that produced Hitler's Nationalist Socialist Nazi movement. for the nazi salute see www.rexcurry.net

Oh yeah what about the possibility that the "State of Kentucky" was captured in banqrupsy by the "Commonwealth of Kentucky" in a reorganization to shuffle debt and bond issues? Records should show if that is a possibility but I wouldnt want to sift thru the financial statements to see if there is some creative accounting going on back then; there is pleanty of that today!!! look up the caferman CAFR comprehensive annual financial report issues; pleanty stashed away to play with, support cronies, and go facist by the state/(USgovernment) controlling all kinds of corporations thru majority stock holdings; financing their own bond issues et c.c.c.c.c.c.c.aaddddd Naauuusiummmm

Now look at all the rebelion that has been stirred up over a state motto. Looks like more than one is argueing that "team work counts". but you could be rebelling to yourself from other accounts.

After all the reference to state vs commonwealth ^.182.85 offers the first explaination of it. Seeing that neither I have ever seen the original constitution for the state of Kentucky nor heard any other resoning behind this state vs commonwealth thing, I have no choice other than to believe that s/he is somewhat correct. That is until someone else decides to give such a descriptive arguement. The thang does seem to speak for itself. To the majority discussion, Why is it that the person with the majority of votes supposed to get into public office? Why does it take the majority of represenitaves to pass a law (on the local level)? Why is it that a state law has to be passed by the majority of two houses? The idea that majority rules seems to speak for itself.

If you take no thing away from your waste of time here know this: "Succession is not rebellion"; Succession was never settled lawfully; it is not rebellion to advocate the reistablishment/restoration of the legitimate dejure constitutional republic ("rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft" and the vast majority of the southerners knew this!!!most today dont) There are many examples of threatened succession from those in the north, even reciently, that the media ignors in favor of titilation of sports and the likes of some murder or abuse trial; teamwork? what fellowship hath light with darkness? see the cashed http://www.lufa.ca/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=677&whichpage=1 ( use google and search: Rhodes textus receptus James downfall america) These plotters have been at it a long while even long prior to the oximoronic "CIVIL WAR" I hope "Biill Green" finds the time to delete the spam and at least F***ing blank out the explative as is a prime example of mass conditioning of intollerance of trivial, frivous things "strain at a knat and swallow a camel" or as this artical points out an elephant: http://www.newswithviews.com/Coffman/mike5.htm

When one speaks of state vs commonwealth it opens a wide debate. I did post my idea of what you speak of. It was a result of many hours of study. I found that most deny that the words state and commonwealth have two meanings. Official .gov faq pages insist that the word(s) state and commonwealth have the same meaning. Then I compiled definitions from other sources along with the arguements that others have made on the words haveing two meanings. The most simplistic form of presenting this was to link to an illustration of the state seal. The state seal itself seems to sum up all the arguements that "I" could find on the STATE VS COMMONWEALTH. Now I stand here before my peers to be corrected if I am worng, and that was the whole idea behind presenting my thots here. So would someone please offer a prescise explanation on the STATE VS COMMONWEALTH concept. With all the action that has taken place here since my offering, It wasnt really an offering, more-so an indirect way of asking "Just what the heck is it?", I would really like to know just what it is And why all the spamming-spooks came into action after my comments.

The majority can vote Hitler's grandson into office but he still would have no legitimate authority to take anyone's rights or life or property; as any such statuet ordainance regulation et c. is "void ab intio" that is why majority does not rule in this land; the legitimat law of the land is for the protection of individuals and the republic not the majority/democrassy ! Even eminant domain is supposed to have limits but is today being abused under the excuse of greater good for the majority (socialism) squashing the individuals rights to property. This is userpation and treason plain and simple.

Kentucky and other ["states"] had to have a guaranteed republic form of government in order to be admitted into the union so whether it is styled as commonweath or state it must have the republic form and the "genneral government" of the "several states" admitted it with the 1792(and tweeked 1799) constitutions being compatable BUT my point is/was that the 1850 change in: "all process and mandates" points toward the modern defacto quasi-public-corporations doing business as if they were the government; this is a whole differnent can of worms than you are digging in; Post Civil War the "UNITED STATES Inc." was supposedly set up in the business district of london and is considered DEFACTO as in not the dejure legitimate original republic as the last real congress adjourned "sine day"(spelling?)-latin for not setting a day to reconviene as the 7 southern states walked out and no constitutional quorem was present they could not proceed(so how did they legitimately adjourn?); Instead of correctly repairing the union or allowing them to leave and working with those left war was provolked and chosen to patch together a counter-fiat defacto and reconstruction did only construct a different defective entity with its gold fringed rule by force, not law. These mechanisms have been exploited to supplant the dejure and downfall of the supreme[government]law of the land; No suprise really that protestant christianity is a target for cooruption and demonization as many founders pointed out the constitution is of no use except for a christian nation. Look up black's definition of the "Confederate States..." notice the claim it never achieved the status of dejure or defacto? Jefferson Davis was never tried for treason and was likely released for fear a trial would allow him to walk out and continue the CSA lawfully as the union could not be imposed by force; Slavery was just a way (for the brits?) to stir up the people to allow this destruction as it was dieing out due to the communist industrialisation/mechanization of agraculture; the cheep "workers" were needed in the north for its industrial empire and what happend about 20 years later? The unions start causing trouble and private police forces start showing up; it is all mostly down hill from there. That's my perspective anyway; too many references to cite but Kennedy's The South was Right and Burk Davis "The Long Surrender" mention some of this along with all the destraction details of war events and battle strategy et c. . . (I am triing to be brief believe it or not)

Seems like I heard it is a sign of a weak charactor and mind if you cant critisize someone without using profanities in code or not; no matter what your attention span is 14 seconds or 14years; cause that is about how long I have been studying the "underground politics" as is codified above and too often haranged as "antigovenment";( which is another indicator of pre-judge-us: that is dissmissing or even demonisation without anything but a cursiory review of the subject matter); I also do not claim to be an intellectual especially of the qualifications of the apparent occultist Buckley. Jefferson said that the "Law was meant for men of ordinary understanding"... have you even one actual law dictionary at your disposal? I have 4&1/2 I only have the 1st volumn of the 1878 Bouvier's, a Black's 5th(1979); a 1969 Balentines and a complete 2 vol. Bouvier's 1914 edition. Perhaps you should look up the definition of curtesy not in a law dictionary( but it has been a nomen juris term in this land at least in the past; refering to what a man is entitled to under the common law.)

Funny, well not so funny. The SPAM didn't start showing in clusters until after the state vs commonwealth theory. I still look at that state seal and think that we are under 2 forms of state government. If one of those two didn't have the power to over-rule the other, then why all the riff-raff? The spooks came out of the woodwork and started insulting and spamming.

I have been following and posting on this site for over a year and hopfully biill is still o.k. but in the past I have seen spam and explitives deleted maybe he hasnt had the time to get rid of it hopefully he's hasnt been offended by accusations of censorship on my part as it was a missunderstanding of posttsequeances when I didnot notice a piece of spam had been deleted and a text message was put in its place; THIS SITE HAS had spam repeatedly regardless of topic so the co-incidence theory above has not much merit; Would some folks like to get rid of this site? Sure you know it! The only thing unAmerican about facism is letting it become obvious and genneral public knowlege; Take the CAFR subject for instance 60-80percent of the stock market owned and controlled by government "institutional funds"; read Lindsey Williams account of the basic Nationalzation of the domestic oil companies by intentional cost overruns during the Alaska oil pipeline debacle . . . government financing of their own bond issues et c . . . ad nausium . . . http://www.cafrman.com/ http://cafr1.com/listings/Listings.html the only argument is how to distribute back to the people THEIR MONEY !!! or how many will die triing to expose the scams like 9/11/01 http://www.infowars.com/articles/ps/hunter_s_thompson_suicided_for_911_story.htm

You and I both have been following the site, and we both know that when a touchy subject comes up, the spooks will start spooking. I don't think Bill is mad at you though. He's most likely buisy and hasn't had time to delete the spam. If we dig far enough back, we may see a pattern to the spamming and that would tip us off to the spooks weekness. Now that fellow who posted in c0d3 could be an older gentelman that I have photos of when he was tricked into looking from some gals at the next door neighbors. May be of interest to him the the Yahoo IM's were printed out too. I wont name this gent, but he is married and has a high paying job with the higher-up's.

I tried posting the above yesterday night, but the site must have been hacked again. Kept getting "Method Post Not Allowed" errors.
